On World Health Day, TRPS organized a special event to raise awareness about healthy food choices among students. The activity involved educating students about packaged food items and reading nutrition labels. The students had a great time participating in this interactive session. To make the activity more engaging, the students were divided into groups. Each group was given a packaged food item along with a nutrition chart. The objective was for the students to analyze the ingredients and calorie content of the food item, and identify any unhealthy components. Through this activity, the students gained valuable knowledge about the importance of reading nutrition labels and understanding the impact of different ingredients on their health. It was an opportunity for them to make informed choices about the food they consume. 0
