"Healthy Habits Start Young! We were thrilled to host a special session on healthy living for our primary students, led by Dr. Garima Lakhanpal a renowned doctor. She shared valuable insights and tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, from the importance of regular exercise and balanced diets to proper hygiene practices and stress management techniques. Our curious students asked thoughtful questions and engaged in interactive activities, learning about the benefits of healthy habits and how to make informed choices. The session aimed to empower our young minds with knowledge and inspire them to develop good habits from an early age. TRPS believes that our teachers’ well-being matters too along with our students. They are known as the nation builders, and it is of prime importance that we take care of their overall well-being.
